What it does

One workspace for the operational side of your store

Shopify sync

Products, variants and inventory sync over the official Shopify API, with webhooks for changes and bulk sync for large catalogues.

DSers supplier data

Supplier costs and variant mappings from DSers sit next to each product, so margins use real landed cost instead of guesses.

True per-product profit

Contribution per variant after supplier cost, shipping, payment fees, a refunds allowance and allocated ad spend — with per-product overrides.

Approvals

Price changes, imports and other writes are queued as requests. Owners and admins approve or reject, and every decision is logged.

Team & MFA security

Roles, invitations, authenticator-app MFA with recovery codes, session management and isolated data for every workspace. Export your data any time.

Supplier stock, updated hourly

Supplier stock, cost, shipping per country and delivery times refresh automatically, so you see what you can actually sell.

Alerts that suggest the fix

Low or no supplier stock, cost increases and margins below your target are flagged, with a suggested price or draft — sent for approval, never applied on its own.

Every cost in one view

Stock, supplier cost, shipping, delivery time, fees, refunds and ad cost per order beside net profit and margin — each value marked as supplier, Shopify or manual, and missing data flagged instead of guessed.

How it works

From signup to clear margins in four steps

  1. 1

    Create a workspace

Sign up with your email, verify it and turn on MFA.

  2. 2

    Connect Shopify

Approve read access on Shopify's own consent screen. Your catalogue syncs automatically.

  3. 3

    Connect DSers

Link your DSers account so supplier costs and mappings appear beside each product.

  4. 4

    Set fees, then decide

Enter your payment fees, refund rate and ad spend. Review profit per product and approve changes as a team.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Will Nedovi change anything in my Shopify store?

Not on its own. Syncing is read-only, and any change you prepare — like a draft import or a price update — waits in the approval queue until an owner or admin approves it.

Do I need DSers?

No. Without DSers you can still enter supplier costs yourself. With DSers connected, Nedovi uses its supplier costs for more accurate margins.

How is profit calculated?

For each variant: price minus supplier cost, shipping, payment fees, a refunds allowance and allocated ad spend. You set the fee rates and can override ad cost per product.

Does it connect to my ad accounts?

Not yet. Today you enter ad spend manually; direct ad-platform connections are planned.

How is my data protected?

Each workspace's data is isolated at the database level, connection tokens are encrypted at rest, and accounts support MFA. You can export or delete your workspace whenever you like.

How often is supplier stock updated?

Every hour while DSers is connected, and on demand with "Refresh supplier data". Profit and alerts recalculate automatically whenever a price, supplier cost, shipping, fee or ad-spend value changes.

Will it change prices or unpublish products for me?

No. When something needs fixing, Nedovi suggests the change — like a new price that reaches your margin target, or setting an out-of-stock product to draft — and sends it to your approval queue.

Can I invite my team?

Yes. Invite people by email and give them a role. The number of seats depends on your plan.
